First, you need to open your browser and search for blogger, click on the top result blogger.com
Then you can see an interface in the middle you can see crate a blog click that to create a blog account
Create a Name for your blog which is a display name (When you visit your blog display name you can see it on the top left or right, it depends upon which template you are using)
Create URL for your blog which means (xyz.com, ABC.com) Name of your website depends upon the niche, on which niche you working on like education, fitness, food, travel blog, etc.
It is recommended to create related to your blog to rank on google.
Give Display Name which appears on your blog (Blog Title)
Then you will get a pop-up message as this Blogger is privacy and policy read before start blogging.
After completing
Click New-post on the left side top corner below the display name click New-post to write an article
You will be redirected to a writing space where you can write articles. The title bar on the top gives a title to your articles about and below you can see a white-shaped description box where you can write your content related to your topic. Write brief clear and good content which can be useful for others.
Then you can see Preview and Publish button on the right side top by clicking preview you can see your written blog before publishing. Click Publish to share your articles to go on the web which is google.
